Taj Hari Mahal ★★★★★

This was a good one. Even by Taj standards. We have been Taj patrons for a while and I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the better ones. Mr. Arjun Singh Jodha makes contact with you well before your arrival date and makes sure you have everything you need. Ms. Divya and Mr. Lokendra take over for him at the reception floor and cater to your requirements in an outstanding fashion. The checkin process was breeze. The rooms are as advertised, which is very good. The food is also great. My compliments to Mr. Ravindra and to Mr. Subodh for their hospitality at the restaurant. Finally, the check out process was also painless, quiet and efficient. While checking in, I had requested for them to transfer our documents to the next Taj venue we were going to and this was ensured. Once again Kudos to Ms. Divya, Mr. Lokendra and Mr. Rahul at the reception for their professional and proficient conduct. To be honest this booking was a last minute change of venue, but one that I am glad I followed through on. We will be back again.

I had come to the Taj Hari Mahal for a 3 day holiday with my parents, and we loved everything about the stay! The property is beautiful ( neatly kept lawns, a pristine swimming pool, well decorated bar, a clean and hygienic gym ), the food is extraordinary and delicious ( we had added breakfast and dinner to our plan ) and the highlight of everything was the courteous, helpful, and friendly people at the Taj. The two ladies at the reception desk, Balram and the team from housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless and helped with the extra bed, manager Sachin, especially all the the breakfast and dinner staff ( Surendra, Ravindra, Jagapal Ji, Subodh, Manish, Ehoy, Lee and the entire team ) and chefs ( Kartar Singh, Mahar) made our trip extra memorable. Love the Taj experience!

LOTS OF DOOR WAS DAMAGED DUE TO CLEANING PEOPLE PULLING CART. YOU SHOULD PUT SOME STEEL-PLATE ON THE DOOR.

Excellent rooms and hospitality

The quality of structure and cleanliness of the hotel is really amazing. The rooms are very clean and appropriate sized. The hospitality by the staff was really nice but a very special thanks to the extraordinary staff Mr BALRAM, Mr GANPATH & Mr NARENDRA & Mr KISAN who made our stay much more comfortable. EXCELLENT TAJ JODHPUR PROPERTY , NEAR TO THE AIRPORT , APPROX 5-10 MIN FROM THE AIRPORT. GREAT BREAKFAST HUGE FOOD SPREAD, WILL RECOMMEND TO TAKE HALF OR FULL BOARD PACKAGE AS THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS GREAT. MUST STAY WHEN IN JODHPUR

Location is good and the staff is courteous. Room was large and clean.

Had to pay for fast WiFi. Breakfast was a great disappointment. Highly understaffed. They just forgot the order even after writing down, Had to be reminded to three staff but to no avail. No glasses for the juices.

hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the restaurants are great and the shop in the hotel is also very reasonably priced. definitely worth the money paid

If you assume that having a fancy hotel building or a heritage place equals luxury, then you are wrong. True luxury means the complete package from the building, to service, to the ambiance and everything else in between. That is why when I talk about the Taj Hari Mahal today, I mean complete luxurious experience. For a moment forget that it was a palace and just imagine it was built in this decade. This property for me would be luxurious because of the service offered. I stayed for 3 nights with my family of 4 and I was treated like royalty. Starting from the point we entered to exit we were greeted by everyone. Let me break it up for the next visitor. 1. Service: All aces. Smiling faces, over the top courteous staff, super helpful, and well behaved. That's what being nice means. That's Indian Culture. We respect anyone and it shows inside the hotel. I mean, I interacted with a few staff members, working for 10 hours straight and still giving that smile for the guests incredible. The Lady at the check-in desk 'Thai', the guy at the restaurant ' Gogi'. I hope I am spelling there name correctly. Simply brilliant. 2. Rooms: Luxurious, spacious, and cozy. The rooms were huge, the roofs were way huge, like palace walls, perfect set up to work and rest at the same time. The furniture was old school and heavy and the amenities inside the room were marvelous. I took the garden view and since we had a couple of rooms, our balcony was joined, which was quite cool. I wish they could be a little bigger to put up a chair during winters 3. Amenities & Location: The Hotel is very close to the airport and away from the crowded city streets. There are two huge flyovers now which kills the look of the hotel from outside. The pool was fantastic, One of the biggest I have seen in any property. My favorite part of the hotel was the access to the rooftop wherein I can see the sunrise and sunsets easily.

3. Food: I had breakfast every day inside the property and also tried one dinner meal at the Marwar restaurant. The breakfast was a big spread with mostly Indian breakfast, considering the locals in the area. My mom was quite happy with the south Indian spread though. The dinner, well, I found it a little underwhelming. I had tried Rajasthani food elsewhere and honestly, works need to be done there. The deserts though saved the day

Taj Harimahal property is beautiful & located near to the airport. The services they offered elevated my experience from very good to Wow. Special mention of restaurant incharge Mr Gaje who took personal care, travel desk incharge who helped us plan a wonderful trip to Osian safari & the chauffer Mr Gopal who ensured a comfortable travel end to end during our stay at Taj Harimahal. Food is really good & they entertain a lot of customization as per your need, particularly when travelling with kids. I would like to compliment the chef for serving some ultra delicous Dosas. They made my birthday a special one by arranging a sumptous cake by the pool side. Can't end my review without saying "Waah Taj"

The pool side F&B services were a bit sluggish. While i understand the limitations of maintaining an old property, upkeep of room interiors may be looked in to. I did not find it to be grand as it should be for a Taj property.

The service is magnificent and the property is clean and beautiful.
